Marketing Expert Dennis Consorte says that Pride Month is a wonderful marketing opportunity, however brands need to genuinely contribute to and support the LGBTQ community.
The month of June is Pride month, a month where the world’s LGBTQ communities come together and celebrate the freedom to be themselves. During this month, businesses often plan their marketing strategies around this month, for example changing their logos and offering sales.

It’s nice to swap in a rainbow logo, but you can do more. Use it as a reminder that your company has the power to elevate the voices of gender and sexual minorities beyond June and throughout the rest of the year. Include those voices on your editorial team, and invite people to contribute their content, too. Be mindful of including images of same-sex and other non-traditional couples and families in your content throughout the year. And most of all, listen and adapt to new information.”
